Recipe to losing weight | Anna Verhulst | TEDxMaastricht

Loosing weight is not just simple as " loosing the weight " . It's a personal problem that needs a personal solution so it requires a personal recipe . I totally agree and we need to feel it again , our body i mean feels when i can loose weight for sure.

The person who need to loose weight and can make it , are you for real.
It are various factors that needs different approaches and some guideness can be helpful.
I just say learn and teach and provide others the wisdom you already know the matter in fact.

You are undeniable a unique human being on earth and respect yourself not to standdown against yourself. Just be yourself and don't fool yourself. TRUST yourself
