Howto = 5 Easy Steps To A Flat Stomach ?

4) Do 10 minutes of easy ab workouts like the ones in my video. My favorites are squats, planks, bicycle crunches, and jump roping!
5) Don’t eat after 7-8 PM or stop eating 3 hours before bed. Eating FullyRaw is also the daylight diet. Eat when the sun is up and rest when the sun in down. 
Many suggestion are already knowed by many people but how many can have the discipline to do it.
They say it's boring with such people and don't get into the logical lifestyle of drinking and party.
I loved to party while i was doing aerobic dancing. I just loved it and STEP. Got some great memories upon that but then i needed to work in shift hours so my health is dealing with it .
Generating bad habits and causing stress etc. But mental discipline and what you are doing when no-one is watching is the way you can make it happen for yourself and show the best version of yourself next day. Respect these golden rules and i'm pretty sure you can avoid reflux or sickness even more.
Mechanical issues aren't always your fault and just the way they go.
